No credit card to start. The 14-day trial is genuinely free. You won't be auto-enrolled in a paid plan. At the end of the trial, you choose — or your account pauses and nothing is deleted.
No feature differences between plans. Monthly and annual subscribers get the exact same app. You're only paying for how you prefer to be billed.
Cancellation is one tap. Settings → Billing → Cancel. No forms, no retention flows, no emails asking why. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds. Within 14 days of any paid purchase, ask and you'll get it back — no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

Questions about pricing
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan any time. Switching to annual takes effect immediately and any remaining monthly days are prorated as a credit.
Your account pauses. Your pantry, preferences, saved recipes, and history stay intact. If you come back, everything picks up where you left off. We don't delete your data when you cancel.
There's a 14-day free trial with full access to everything. There isn't a permanently free tier — maintaining the chef-tuned recipe quality and the camera scanner takes real infrastructure, and we'd rather be straightforward about the cost than pretend a watered-down free version is a fair representation of the product.
