14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with NowCook, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid purchase or any plan upgrade — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Use the contact form from the email associated with your account and include your order number (from your purchase receipt). We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
Recurring Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current billing period. Outside the 14-day window, recurring charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
- Refunds for purchases made through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) are subject to that store's refund policy, not this one.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are responsive and want to make things right. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account.
